Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day activitiesEntering shipment data in in-house systemPre-alerts to destination offices via emailEnsure all bookings are handled in a timely mannerManage problems, answer general inquiries and complaints for both local and overseasRespond to emails promptlyHandle any other ad-hoc jobs assigned
Requirements
Minimum 3 year of freight forwarding experienceBoth Import and Export Air Freight experienceKnowledge of Air Import/Export regulations and documentsAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
