Experience
· Partial Accounts & Fixed Asset: ≤ 2 years
Qualifications
· Diploma and/or ACCA Level 1
Responsibilities
· Perform Partial set of Accounts Payable & Receivableand Fixed Assets for Commercial/Service Apartments
· Responsible to verify and ensure accurately entry of suppliers invoices & payments into Sage system
· Perform monthly recurring invoices to tenants and reconcile payments received
· Work closely with Hotel/Maintenance Staff on physical tagging, labeling & counting of assets
· Reconcile of fixed assets registration and disposal to prepare month end depreciation schedules for closing
· Raise Fixed Assets Requisition & Disposal form to HQ for approval
· Monthly preparation of Bank Reconciliation and Cash flow position to Accountant
· Undertake daily and month-end accounting reports
· Rectify SG office related accounts matters (if any)
· Confirm the accuracy of month-end reports submitted to Accountant
· Provide assistance in year-end closing, budgeting forecast and audits

· Quick Learner, Independently & Meticulous
· Good Communication Skills in English
