Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential business opportunities and generate new leads.
  • Utilize various lead generation strategies such as cold calling, networking events, and social media to build a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Manage the entire sales process, from initial outreach to contract negotiation and closure, effectively communicating the value proposition of company products.
  • Stay informed about the competitive landscape, industry trends, and client needs to inform business development strategies and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Cultivate and maintain a portfolio of key accounts, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to increase customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met, resolving issues promptly, and conducting regular check-ins to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, with a proven track record of driving business growth and developing new revenue streams
  • Experience in B2B sales, with a strong understanding of the sales process and pipeline management
  • Proven ability to generate leads, build a sales pipeline, and convert leads to clients
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and developing new revenue streams
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to prioritize and manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Knowledge of the local market and industry trends
