Job Responsibilities:
1. Assist Director in control production activities, material flow and inventory to achieve cost, quality and delivery targets.
2. Monitor and ensure timely delivery of project within scheduled time frame.
3. Resolve and keep track of project time schedule and process issues with relevant department.
4. Ensure manufacturing operation is running according to safety and quality system.
5. Manage use of equipment and maintenance of plant and machineries to ensure smooth operation and always keep track of quality issues to achieve zero defect.
6. Prompt reporting to management on production activities, periodical performance review on production output, quality and productivity.
7. Develop processes to measure and further workshop productivity (equipment performance, team efficiency etc.)
Job Requirements:
1. Minimum Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Civil/ Production/ Mechanical).
2. Minimum Experience: 5 - 6 years’ experience in heavy engineering related to Steel industry.
3. Able to work independently
4. Good Knowledge of construction standard operating procedure
5. Knowledge in Civil & Structural design and analysis
