RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure documents discipline; proper and accurate data entry, maintain supplier invoices to be up to date, ensure documents submitted are in good order and on time
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations between warehouse and outlets
- Managing and procuring companies' supplies such as pantry supplies; stationery; packaging etc
- Liase with various stakeholders to request and ensure proper documentations, services provided
- Work with finance department to ensure quarterly required reports are in good order
- Upkeep of company's assests such as office furnitures and vehicles
- Plan and organise company related events

- Min. 2 years experience in office admin related field
