Administrator, Resource Management

Reporting to the Operation Manager, the successful candidate will support the Business Unit in resource allocation to achieve client service excellence.

The incumbent will be responsible for the following job scope:-

  • Providing support to plan and schedule appropriate audit professionals to jobs and projects in accordance with their skillsets, previous experience, and availability
  • Facilitate and resolve staff scheduling matters by reaching a mutual agreement.
  • Utilize various resource management techniques, such as reallocating resources, assigning additional staff, and effectively communicating with management, to address any issues related to meeting clients' needs.
  • Provide timely reports and information to management
  • Any other projects assigned by superior

Skills and competences

  • Diploma/Degree holder in any discipline
  • Ideally has 1-2 years of working experience in resources planning
  • Candidate with no experience are welcomed to apply
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel
  • Good Interpersonal interaction skills
