In this position, you will be an individual contributor and eventually manage / lead a small team in the future. You are expected to work closely with Distribution team in driving partnership sales and operational delivery respectively. You will be expected to develop and support the delivery of a high-quality service to UHNW / HNW clients and intermediaries and carry out administrative tasks to coordinate and act as liaison for operational and administrative issues, as appropriate for the Singapore region.
In order to be successful in this position, you will also need to administer all post-sales requests, liaising with personnel from Head Office, and ensure that these are processed within agreed service level with adherence to compliance requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare insurance quotes for prospective clients and maintain agreed service standards for emails and telephone enquiries from Distributors.
- Ensure smooth process during clients’ new insurance applications, including but not limited to Universal Life, as well as after-sales requests.
- Liaise between insurance companies, bank partners and service providers to ensure smooth process of applications and after-sales process.
- Negotiate with insurance companies for the best offers, in the interests of clients.
- Support Distributors in their business building initiatives.
- Provide weekly statistical reporting for internal stakeholders.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Relevant case management experience with Life Insurance Broker or Life Insurer.
- Ability to multitask and work under extreme deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, highly organized and proactive in following up cases and also daily work.
- Effectively cope with change, can shift gears comfortably, able to handle uncertainty
