Job Description
- To provide customer service on retail banking products;
- To attend personal loan application;
- To conduct marketing on bank cards and other personal products on batch basis;
- To maintain relationship with VIP customers;
- To provide financial advice and market financial products to retail customers;
- To keep existing customers updated on portfolios and new products;
- To write reports on products and business;
- To prepare for any ad-hoc duty assigned by Head of Department.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Banking and Finance or related
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity. Prior working experience in banking sector will be advantageous.
- Language: English, Fluent written and spoken Mandarin to liaise with Chinese speaking clients
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Good interpersonal skills and communication skills
