You will be the bridge between the client and the team by ensuring we deliver exceptional creatives to the client on time and on budget. You will assist / lead the accounts by ensuring sustainable relationships with the client on a long-term basis.

Responsibilities:
- Excellent in interpersonal relations
- Strong presentation skills
- Meeting and liaising with clients to discuss event project briefs, deliver consistent project updates to clients / stakeholder
- Identifying new business opportunities, suggest company services that maximize client satisfaction
- Shortlist and lead new event project pitching, manage budgets
- Source for venue selection, accomodation arrangements, transportation, catering and activities
- Manage proposal, quotation, billing preparation
- Coordinate and oversee all logistical and operations of events
- Work closely with team, clients and vendors to ensure smooth delivery of event
- Be involved in projects pre-production, production and post-production process
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
