We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Testing and Design Specialist. This role is ideal for someone enthusiastic about working in a start-up environment, where they will play a crucial part in crafting seamless user experiences.
Job description:
We are currently seeking a professional to play a key role in supporting our product validation team. This position will involve collaborating closely with the project manager to ensure the effectiveness of manual and automated testing for product maintenance, development, and data collection. The successful candidate will contribute their expertise to enhance the overall quality and functionality of our products.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct manual and automated testing on laptop and mobile for product maintenance, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with the development team to identify, document, and address defects promptly.
- Perform functional testing of features for release cycles. Execute regression and sanity test cases, raising issues, and proper documentation of testing.
- Drive with a sense of ownership to communicate effectively with the manager and the developers to resolve the issues found.
- Collecting testing data for product improvements and providing feedback to the Software development and Data Science teams.
- Work closely with team members to create/update test cases, compare test results, carry out delegated deliverables

- Product validation hands-on experience in testing a product.
- Knowledge of testing methodologies including manual testing, sanity testing, automation testing, performance testing.

- Adaptable team players who collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and are inclusive in a multinational, culturally diverse environment
- Individual with excellent presentation and communication skills for effectively conveying design concepts and testing results to cross-functional teams.

Nice to have
- Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git, for collaborative design and development.
- Previous exposure to agile development methodologies and working within agile teams.
- Strong knowledge of web accessibility standards and best practices.
- Exposure to usability testing and user research methodologies.
- Understanding of performance testing concepts and tools for optimizing web application speed.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
