- Able to prepare tender including the pricing for management's review
- Able to prepare budgetary breakdowns and present cost reports to management
- Able to prepare cash flow projections for management's review
- Able to discuss variation works and final account for the main contract with consultants
- Able to call quotation, prepare quotation comparison and negotiate with subcontractors prior to award of subcontract works
- Able to attend and handle tender interviews
- Degree in Building Management Quantity Surveying
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in a construction company
- Independent & able to meet dateline set
