Job Description:
- Identify opportunities in the marketplace and translate them into a marketable concept.
- Collaborate with various functions like Sales, Creative Fragrance Development, Perfumery, R&D, Consumer Insights & Market Research, etc. to drive projects.
- Pro-actively innovate and respond to market needs.
- Conceive out-of-the-box and creative idea/concept for our clients that meet business objectives.
- Knowledge of the regional market in terms of consumers’ psyche, new product development, retail climate, market potential/size, key players, consumption patterns, etc.
- Ensure effective communication with regional affiliates and global counterparts.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Business Admin, Marketing, Arts, Science, Visual Communication, Mass Communication, Economic, etc.
- 3 - 4 years experience in related discipline like Perfumery, Cosmetic Science, FMCG, Marketing, Brand Management, Retail, etc.
- Creative, highly motivated and dynamic individual good communication and presentation skill
- Able to deliver strong compelling concept/ idea to our clients
- Good initiative and interpersonal skills
- Driven and highly motivated
- Able to work independently and able to travel within SEA
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and other product design software will be a plus point
- Basic knowledge of fragrance and cosmetic ingredient will be a plus point
