Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and establish new sales channels and funnels to enhance market reach and penetration.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key industry players, especially major commercial vehicle buyers in Singapore and the region.
- Independently initiate operations, setting the stage for an effective sales team.
- Leverage an existing network within the industry for efficient and impactful business development.
Candidate Profile:
- Proven expertise in the commercial vehicle sector, with a focus on sales and channel development.
- Ability to work autonomously and strategically in a startup environment.
- Strong leadership skills, capable of building and mentoring a high-performing sales team.
- Established network within the industry, indicating potential to foster significant business opportunities.
- Excellent proficiency in Business Chinese (both written and verbal).
- Extensive experience in the commercial vehicle industry, with a successful track record in roles of similar stature.
- Demonstrated ability in team leadership, responsible for building their own team.
