Job Description
Liaise with consultants, contractors, and suppliers
Analyse tender documents and review tender specification requirement
Prepare Quotation for customer and tender for bid
Prepare quantities take-off
Source and obtain quotation from Supplier / Subcontractor
Prepare cost breakdown and comparison sheet
Provide the best cost estimate
Ensure meticulous assessment of cost / schedule of all project activities
Support VO and progress claim, contract administration and documentation for project team
Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Quantity Surveying/ Construction Management or equivalent.
Candidates with experience in M&E (ACMV, ELECT, FIRE and PSG works) are preferable.
At least 1 year of working experience in construction industry.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Able to meet the tight deadline.
Able to work with minimum supervision.
Willing to learn.
