Job Responsibilities
-Perform admin duties as assigned.
-Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
-Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance
-Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
-Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, etc.)
-Provide general administrative support to the department
-Maintain and upkeep of filing system for documents.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of work experience.
- A team player with good interpersonal skill.
- Meticulous – has an eye for details.
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Independent and responsible
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong Communication skills and exceptional analytical skills.
