Job Responsibilities:
- Perform Cold Calling, Sourcing, Interviewing, Profiling and Staffing of candidates to meet clients' requirements.
- 360-degree recruitment role to liaise with clients and candidates for permanent and contract placements.
- Maintain and Manage existing clients' relationship.
- Perform research on current/new industries and source for new candidates channels.
- Job advertisements postings.
- Able to travel overseas if required.
- Other Ad-hoc jobs assigned.
Requirements:
- at least 1 year of recruitment experience preferred.
- training will be provided for candidates with no relevant working experience.
- able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess a positive attitude to be willing to learn and improve, adaptable to changes and a team player.
- CEI certificated would be advantage
- Proficient in MS Office
- Fluent in English
- Customer Orientated with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
