Roles & Responsibilities
Full Spectrum of HR Operations including but not limited to the following scopes:
- Preperation of all HR related documents
- Handle onboarding & offboarding of employees
- Accurately update and maintain of employee records, leave records, training records
- Manage work pass (SPass/EP) applications, renewals & cancellations in a timely manner
- Responsible for the Compensation & Benefit processes for all staff, including staff reimbursement administration, staff insurance, staff performance appraisal, etc
- Liase with overseas counterparts for all HR & payroll related issues
- Attend to employees on all HR related enquiries
- Monitoring and application government grants available including Goverment Paid Claims, Reservist Claims
- Ensure compliance with MOM, CPF, IRAS and company standards and policies
- Liase with institutions on internship matters
- Responsible for HR related survey as required by government agencies
- Perform other assigned duties on ad-hoc basis
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resource or equivalent
- 2 – 3 years working experience in a similar capacity
- Good to have experience in Easypay payroll system
- Possess good communication, multi-tasking skills and time management
- Meticulous on details
- Good understanding of Singapore labour and employment laws
- Able to work independently and proactively
Salary will commensurate with experience
