Responsibilities:
- Lead the key client portfolio development and implementation of a technical market strategy for expansion of Environmental Geosciences and Remediation business in Indonesia and Singapore
- Lead a team of geosciences remediation consultants of 5-10 people, if required and grow the business in the SEA market
- Lead and directly participate in the capture planning for all major/strategic opportunities in Indonesia/ Singapore with emphasis on technical approach, business management, and staffing working with regional resources and regional leadership.
- Serve as Project Manager on major/strategic projects.
- Improve quality of work for key deliverables including; feasibility studies, conceptual designs, remedial designs, and remedial actions
- Participate in key activities such as development of environmental practice area with leads in each major country/region; monthly management meetings; technical knowledge transfer sessions and coordination of technical conference participation.
Requirements:
- Bachelors/ Master’s Degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering or Water Resources Planning
- Minimum 12 years of years’ experience, ideally working in a large commercially-driven engineering, construction, consultancy or other professional services organization
- Working relationship with major multinational companies and delivering Environmental impact assessments and other permitting works for such companies
- Thorough knowledge of environmental impact assessment methods, environmental monitoring procedures and protocols, environmental audit protocols, environmental site assessment methods and protocols
- Knowledge of local environmental codes, laws and regulations
- Excellent technical writing and presentation skills
- Track record of winning work, business development and delivering significant value and successful project outcomes.
