The incumbent is requested to work closely with the Project Manager of the Open Cycle Gas Turbine (OCGT) project.
The Construction Engineering Manager should have capability to discuss about technical issue into consideration of the contract, and schedule based on intension of Project Manager (PM) and Engineering Manager (EM).

Job responsibilities
- Providing technical advice on the construction technology for Advanced Gas Turbine Congeneration Combined Cycle Plant
- Providing technical advice on the construction technology for OCGT configuration
- Providing progress report to MHI Head Office (Japan)
- Liaising with internal & external stakeholders regarding site coordination
- Advising on equipment installation, piping work and electrical instrumention work which is required for the Gas Turbine Combined Cycle power plant
Job requirement
- Minimum 25-year experience in construction of Gas Turbine Combined Cycle power plant
- Japanese Language proficiency of JLPT N1 or equivalent is mandatory as this role requires the incumbent to communicate with Japanese internal counterparts and external suppliers on a daily basis
- Advanced knowledge of equipment installation, piping work and electrical instrumentation work for Gas Turbine Combined Cycle power plant
- Advanced knowledge of gas turbine, steam turbine, generator, heat recovery steam generator and auxiliary equipment.
- Work experience in working at construction sites
