Job Description & Requirements
You will be reporting to the GM, responsible to manage all F&B day-to-day operations within budget guidelines. Maximize sales & revenue through customer satisfaction and employee engagement.
Responsibilities :
- Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
- Design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements
- Lead, training and motivating staff. Emphasis on life-long learning and teamwork within and across departments
- emphasize and comply with all food, health and safety regulations
- Ensure all food outlets are managed well by the respective team members.
- Reinforce with all outlet managers a flexible work force arrangement on multi-skilling and multi-tasking to ensure maximization of resource allocation.
- Analyze daily revenue and monitor upselling strategies and recommend innovative promotions to achieve profit.
- Create and execute marketing strategies, promotions, events to attract and retain patrons to optimize revenue and profits.
- Perform tasks that are assigned by the immediate superior
Requirements :
- Minimum a Diploma, Advance Diploma in F&B Services Management/Hospitality Management or equivalent
- At least with 5 years relevant experience in the hospitality field
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Working knowledge of various computer software programs such as MS Office, POS.
- Posses a certificate of FSMS will be an added advantage
- Results oriented and service-mindset
