Personal assistant for Client's family office

Sino Suisse Capital Pte. Ltd.

- Provide secretarial and administrative support to Client's family office.

- Scheduling meetings, claims submission, travel arrangements and attending to family's personal matters.

- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

- General office management and ad-hoc duties as assigned.


Requirements


- Fluent in Mandarin and English.

- 5-10 years working experience.

- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.

- Professional maturity, strong work ethic and the ability to be flexible and adaptable to changing business needs

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as part of a team.

- Previous experience in family office / banking industry is a plus.
