Job Requirements:
- Provide Desktop, Network and IT Support to internal staff, cleaning site and customers
- Support IT Procurement-related activities (e.g. yearly software license renewal activities, new IT equipment and negotiating with vendors for the best pricing).
- Work closely with HR to provision and de-provision IT equipment’s
- Setting up system accounts and email account for new users
- Inactive system accounts and email account for resigned users
- Onboarding new staff include setting up their laptop, computers and running through an IT induction on their first day
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
- Provide administrative services and support for Google Workspace, Windows Active Directory and Microsoft 365
- Manage IT vendors on matters such as issue escalation and projects.
- Monitor and maintain proper inventory of hardware and software licenses.
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Running regular checks on network and data security
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
- Any other IT related duties and activities as assigned
Job Requirements
- Diploma in IT or its equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of related experience.
- Intermediate knowledge of Google Workspace, Windows 10/11 and MacOS or higher
- Good understanding of TCP/IP and LAN technology.
- Proficiency in spoken Mandarin (to communicate with our China offices).
- Proactive team player with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

- Required to travel to site to provide technical support
