Job Description
- Perform treatment services according to standards set by the company.
- Recommend, educate and promote suitable treatments and products to clients.
- Ensure client's satisfaction and comfort after each treatment therapy.
- Build and establish good rapport with customers.
- Assist in retail operations. eg. stock take.
- Maintain general housekeeping duties and maintenance of the cleanliness of the work stations.
Job Requirement:
- Cidesco, ITE, CIBTAC and other beauty related qualifications.
- Basic knowledge of skin concept and hands-on facial massage techniques.
- Positive and willing to learn attitude.
- Good communication and Interpersonal skills.
- Service Oriented and customer focused.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Personal Care/Beauty/Fitness Service or equivalent.
- Positive attitude and good team player.
- Able to converse in Mandarin & English, a strong command of the English Language is a plus.
