Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Professional Dentist Recruiter to join our team.
As a Dentist Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring qualified dentists to meet our organization's staffing needs.
You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the dental industry, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of successfully recruiting dental professionals.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top dental talent.
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for open positions.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and assist in the selection process.
Negotiate job offers and facilitate the hiring process.
Build and maintain relationships with dental schools, professional associations, and other relevant organizations.
Stay current on industry trends and best practices in dentist recruitment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the dental industry.
- Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in recruiting or human resources is a plus.
