Provide Product Failure Analysis for warranty, assembly plant return and line pull
Participate in continuous improvement activities
Participate in cost reduction initiatives
Provide customer technical support for post CT products
Provide technical assessment for CMII changes
Identify root causes of product problems correctly and timely.
Analyze low test yield problems swiftly.
Verify and analyze customer returns accurately & timely.
Work with the people in other disciplines to resolve product problems.
Ability to work with different customers with varying requirements.
Ability to provide quick response to manufacturing operations on product quality problems
Requirement
•Diploma in Engineering with minimum 5 years’ experience
•Proficient failure analytical skills
•Experience in measurement and failure analysis equipment
•Problem Solving Skills
