YOUR MISSION _________
Retail Operations (Boutiques, Departmental Stores, Sephora)
- Processing of POs for all retailers, not limited to new launches, price change
- People topics – not limited to Part Timer management, Beauty Consultants induction, enrollment, and manpower management, leave approval in system
- Price List Management
- Processing of Phone Orders (Call to Buy in BTQ)
- Monthly total Boutique and Counter Managers Meeting preparation
Sales Reporting Management
- Support the Sales team in monthly all channels sales consolidation, upload, and reporting
- Consolidation of monthly ranking results from Department Stores
- Monthly reports preparation
Logistics & Inventory Management
- Prepare inventory on hand of all counters
- Responsible for ensuring efficient order and returns processing
- Prepare and update all orders, returns, and stock transfer forms
- Testers Management (Sephora)
Others
• Management of POS discount, staff purchases and allowance for store team
• PO processing for Sales Team
