We are seeking a Senior Product Manager (Rewards) to be responsible for crafting comprehensive user experiences centered around points and rewards to enhance customer retention. Your scope will encompass ownership of diverse retention tools, including partner points, sponsored rewards and deals, vendor rewards, and a centralised points wallet. You will be collaborating closely with marketing, engineering, design, and data teams, you will formulate and implement a product strategy aimed at rewarding users, fostering loyalty through sustained value for those who regularly engage with the platform.
