Job Description
- Handle full-set account
- Account Receivable & Account Payable Management
- Prepare CPF e-submission
- Prepare and submit GST
- Form C/Form Cs submission to the controller of income tax
- Estimate Chargeable Income (ECI) submission
- Bank reconciliation, Aging Reports and Statements of Control
- Prepare IRA8 form and personal income tax submission
- Prepare year-end schedule for annual audit and letter requesting for bank confirmations
- Debtors and Creditors circularization
- Analysis and interpretation of financial results and performance of the company
- All administrative works
- Any ad-hoc job as and when required
Requirements
- Qualification and Skills required
- Certificate in Book-keeping and Accounts (LCCI Level 1,2)
- Certificate in Computerized Accounting (LCCI Level 3)
- Microsoft Excel/Word
- MYOB / Quickbooks / Peachtree / Xero / Tally ERP
