We are looking for an HR Generalist with comprehensive HR experience, including a complete understanding of all hands-on exposure to the full mix of HR functions.
Job scope:
- Assist in the HR Operations to ensure all processes are delivered in compliance with internal policies as well as external regulations with CPF, IRAS, MOM, WDA, and other agencies.
- Assist in developing and implementing effective HR policies, procedures, and regulations; and maintain staff handbook.
- Handle staff issues and grievances.
- Recommend approaches and resolutions to staff disciplinary cases.
- Plan, budget and execute staff welfare, benefits, and activities.
- Ensure timely submission of government and MOM-related surveys
- Provide recruitment support including but not limited to advertising, screening, coordinating, and interviewing candidates
- Handle ad-hoc HR assignments and projects.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Human Resources.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience.
- Adaptable, strong problem-solving skills, and a team player.
- Meticulous and well-organized.
- 5 day week @ AMK area
