The upcoming Eastern General Hospital (EGH) aspires to provide excellent, patient-centred care and to improve the health of the population in the east of Singapore. We aim to develop future-ready systems to support patients’ healthcare journeys and to be an employer of choice for our staff.
You will work with the Nursing Lead to organise, drive and coordinate the development of the nursing care models and services, and ensure nursing development work plans are aligned with the other clinical departments and the hospital’s objectives. You will provide secretariat services for workgroups organised in support of these activities as well as work with the Nursing Lead to coordinate nursing manpower planning and nesting strategies for EGH.
You will also facilitate and manage activities relating to nursing education and training. You are expected to collaborate effectively with other stakeholders to support the overall nursing development needs.
Requirements
· Recognised degree in any discipline
· Minimum 6 years of related work experience
· Prior experience in a healthcare sector (hospital or community setting) is an advantage
· Familiar with data analysis and presentation software
· Team player, innovative, resourceful and independent individual
· Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to engage various stakeholders in a fluid environment and a growing organisation
· Good analytical, presentation and writing skills as well as ability to work under tight deadlines
