My client operates within the realm of port, shipping, and maritime-related consultancy services.
about the role:
Coordinating import/export logistics, managing client inquiries, organizing deliveries, preparing shipping documents, invoicing, data entry, overseeing customer orders, collaborating with partners, and conducting monthly warehouse visits.
- Salary Range: Up to $3500 + AWS + VB
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid
- Location: Raffles Place
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating import/export, warehousing, and shipping via sea, air, and truck Managing client inquiries through emails and phone calls.
- Organizing deliveries and preparing shipping documents including invoices, packing lists, and marine cargo insurance.
- Generating invoices for billing purposes.
- Conducting data entry on MS Excel sheets and maintaining related documents.
- Ensuring timely processing and oversight of customer orders.
- Collaborating with logistics partners and conducting monthly warehouse visits in locations to verify product quantities and manage necessary documentation.
Requirements:
- Min 2 years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated experience in coordinating import/export operations, warehousing, and shipping across various modes of transportation
