Job Responsibilities
- Attend to walk-in customers
- Handle phone and email enquiries
- Foster good relationships with customers
- Handle student matters such as registration
- Collection of course fees
- Work closely with teachers in regards to class scheduling
- Support day-to-day centre operations
- Administrative tasks
Requirements
- Customer service oriented
- Good communication skills
- Fluent in English and basic Mandarin for communicating with Chinese-speaking customers
- Pleasant disposition, amiable and approachable

Working Location
- Our Tampines Hub
- SingPost Centre mall (Paya Lebar)
- Waterway Point shopping mall (Punggol)
- Pasir Ris mall (coming soon)
You will be based and work in one of the above centres.
Working Days
- 5-days work week (Wednesday to Sunday)
- 8.45am-6.30pm
