Job Responsibilities:
- Managing, developing and motivating the regional sales channels in order to achieve company objectives and strategy.
- Ensuring timely follow up and reporting of all sales enquiries in the regions including end users.
- Identify new business opportunities across the regions and oversee the successful development and launch of new product initiatives.
- Monitoring and reporting market trends and competitor activity within the regions.
- Responsive to both external and internal customer needs and assist in the resolution of any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Presentation skills and abilities. Able to present to a group of multiple decision makers in various segments.
- Provide market intelligence, product and solution input and feedback, and necessary recommendations to the R&D teams at headquarters.
- Any other ad-hoc duties.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in the door and hardware business or related industry (i.e. building products, access control) or construction background
- Proficiency in Chinese to communicate with Chinese speaking external parties

- Class 3 driving license & own car
