Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for leading, generating sales and meeting annual sales target by identifying, developing, quoting and closing the opportunities timely
- Participate in tender bidding and creating proposal and sales cost calculation
- Negotiate with customers and vendors on scope, price and terms and conditions
- Provide sales updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about sales status, execution strategy, adjustments and progress.
- Maintain strong relationship with Customers and Vendors through regular visit to sites and offices.
- Support the Project Team in project and services execution
- Participate in discussions and various meetings about project/services strategy and expansion for its group businesses and implement necessary actions
- Compile lesson learnt and discuss with the various business teams
- Support Marketing Team and participate in Marketing campaign to promote service business products and services
- Research and report on competitor’s trend of technology in power business
Requirements :
- Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience preferably in Energy industry
- Knowledge of aftermarket tender bidding, proposal preparation, creating cost calculation and closing sales
- Knowledge of project, parts, service and maintenance business for Gas Turbine, Generator, Steam Turbine and Boiler
- Ability to manage and work with customers, vendors, internal stakeholders and people of different disciplines
- Basic understanding of general import and export trade with INCOTERMS
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge of new MS Office software (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
