Technical Manager (Depot Repair Centre)
Lead a team of Engineers to provide PCBA repair and technical support to customers.
Job Description:
- Manages depot repair workshop day to day operations.
- Prepare repair cost quotations.
- Ensure high successful repair rates of 90% & above.
- Liaise with sub-contractors and customers on work related activities.
- Ensure timely delivery of jobs and acceptance by customer.
- Ensure compliance with Safety regulations, Security and Quality Assurance requirements.
- Monitor staff performance, provide guidance and training as needed.
Requirements

- Good leadership and hands on experience in management.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to manage multi tasks simultaneously.
- Experience in managing electronics cards repair operations will be given higher consideration.
- Experience in troubleshooting and repair of electronics/electrical/computer/network systems and hands on repair of PCBA till component level.
- Diploma/Degree in Electronics Engineering, Telecommunication, IT & Networking or other relevant disciplines.
