The Company:

ICPG is a innovation driven FMCG company which operates in Personal care and Cosmetics catering to Halal & vegan consumers. We operate three brands, namely, Saba(halal & Vegan) , Vedacare (ayurveda/TCM based) and Wolf (male grooming). We currently operate in all ecommerce platforms in Singapore and now looking to expand our footprint in offline/retail market of Singapore.

The Position: We’re looking for a Business Development Executive.

Requirements:

  • Candidates who can communicate in Mandarin & Malay will be preferred because we have some clients who do not speak English.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Full-Time position. Ability to start immediately preferred.
  • Working Hour(s): 9am - 6.30pm, Mon - Fri. One day of WFH per week. These can be saved up to take a longer time of WFH.
  • Salary: SGD 3,200 – SGD 4,600 + Commission
  • Must possess a Bachelor’s/College Degree.
  • At least 1-3 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Excellent candidates are sales agents, business development agents, any kind of Modern trade, retail sales agents, wholesale sales person, or any B2B Sales Experience. The perfect candidate is someone doing BDE in the cosmetics industry.
  • Highly motivated individual with excellent communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

  • Doing in-person meetings with prospective retailers and modern trade customers to on-board our products.
  • Responsible for Sales & revenue targets for Singapore market.
  • Pitch products to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts
  • Assist the operations team in the specifications for efficient supply chain,
  • Create quotations for prospective trade partners and handle bargaining
  • Conduct market research to identify new market segments and customer needs
  • Prepare or modify sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
  • Keep records of sales, revenue from your deployed teams, and client invoices.
  • Attend relevant conferences, meetings, and industry events

The Office Location: Ang mo kio, Singapore
