- Support the regional HR Business Partner on all strategic HR activities and initiatives.
- Support the regional and subsidiary HR HOD’s and Executives in the region (SEA) on all regional HR tactical matters as HR Direct Partner.
- Handle all regional HR tactical matters embodied in the Core Areas of Excellence.
- Handle all local Singapore daily HR operational and administrative matters.
- Initiative and proactive in following through and completing tasks (Action Cycle)
