- Review & standardise the existing employment contracts in complement of staff handbook
- Update and amend the staff handbook to remain “evergreen” as according to MOM standards
- Set up checklist of documents (minimum requirement) for an employee’s personnel file (“p-file”)
- Coordinate with outsource payroll vendor to manage the payroll and leave management modules
- Define Job Descriptions and ensure proper procedure for review and appraisal
- Provide consultation and assistance during the recruitment process
- Prepare new employees by establishing and conducting orientation programs
- Ensure HR legal compliance based on MOM guidelines and regulations
- Documenting all Human Resource related work scope
- Perform all Human Resource Administrative functions
