Job Description
- Contribute to the design thinking and process
- Translate the design ideas into design solutions
- Production of design packages for Concept, Schematic Design and Design Development
- Construction documentation and site inspection work
- Project management and coordination, ensure projects are carried out within contract terms and schedules
- Participate in client, consultant and contractor meetings
- Coordinate on plans' submission and liaise with relevant authorities
- Able to travel as and when required
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned by the management
Requirements
- Bachelor/Master in Architecture or Landscape Architecture or equivalent
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in landscape design with project experience
- Able to work independently as well as be a good team player
- Creative, design proficiency, good visualization and graphic skills
- Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCad, MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite Software packages
- Excellent conceptualization skills and able to articulate concepts into design and details
- Excellent organization skills
