Aesthetic Skin and Specialist Sports Medicine Clinic Nurse / Clinic Assistant
- Provide front line counter services such as patient registration, medication dispensing, payment collection and provide information on clinic services and products
- Assist Medical Doctors during procedures
- Provide professional and personalized face and body therapies to an exclusive clientele (training provided)
- Advise clients on premium medical aesthetic treatments and beauty products
- Sell and promote treatments and products to clients based on their needs
- Build repeat clientele
- Actively promote clinic services
- Liaising with external partners and venders
- Able to handle administrative duties assigned. Computer skills necessary.
Qualifications and Skills
- Candidates with NURSING qualifications OR at least 2 years of Clinic Assistant job experience will be an advantage
- Computer skills required- Microsft WORD, Excel
- Proficiency with PLATO will be an advantage
- A team player, possessing excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English preferred
- Customer orientated and able to provide service with a smile
- Confident with a pleasant disposition and well groomed
- Meticulous in execution of work duties; possess a positive attitude and is hardworking
- Able to multi-task, prioritize and work fast in a multi-disciplinary team and work environment
