Responsibilities:
- Work on pre-training, distributed training across large GPU clusters to optimize inference throughput of a custom neural net architecture.
- Continual learning to train AI models on user feedback using reinforcement learning (RL).
- Implement interfaces to allow our AI models to interact with real-world tools or APIs.
- Design, test, and optimize new neural net architectures.
- Scrape large internet-scale data sets (e.g., YouTube) for use in training models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality AI products.
- Work with product managers and researchers to understand product requirements and design models that meet those requirements.
- Help deploy and maintain AI models in production.
Requirements - -
- MS or PhD in Computer Science or related field with a focus on Machine Learning.
- 7 years experience working on pre-training, distributed training, and optimization of neural net architectures.
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Experience with RL and continual learning.
- Experience implementing interfaces to allow AI models to interact with real-world tools or APIs.
- Experience working with large internet-scale data sets.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.
