Our Client is a prestige beauty company that originated in New York. We seek a Payment Specialist (one-year contract-renewable) to perform administrative functions relating to project payment management and tracking for the store design visual merchandising team.

Job Responsibilities:
· Payment Process Ownership – Understand and become familiar with the payment processes between the Company and vendors, between different regions and functions. Also, process purchase orders, perform ‘Goods receipt’ in a timely and accurate manner.
· Stakeholder Communication – Establish clear communication with various stakeholders and provide monthly updates regarding cost trends and expenditures.
· Vendor Management – Communicate effectively with vendors on onboarding and payment queries.
· Data Management – Track and maintain accurate records of all Purchase Request and Purchase Order via the respective trackers.
· Cost Analysis – Run reports and analytics on Microsoft Excel using pivoting data and advanced functions for each marketing launch, projects, and maintenance.
· Policy Compliance - Adhere to company policies, procurement regulations, and ethical standards across all functions.

· Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proactive mindset, strong follow-up, and prioritization skills.
· Efficient time management to handle multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
· Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a culturally diverse team.
