Responsibilities:
1. Document Management:
- Create, revise, and manage quality documents, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and quality manuals.
- Maintain an organized and easily accessible document repository.
2. Quality System Compliance:
- Ensure that all quality documents adhere to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Collaborate with Quality Engineers to update documentation based on process changes or improvements.
3. Version Control:
- Implement and manage a version control system to track revisions and changes to quality documents.
- Monitor and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
4. Audit Support:
- Assist in internal and external audits by providing requested documents and ensuring documentation compliance.
- Address any audit findings related to document control processes.
5. Training and Awareness:
- Conduct training sessions for team members on document control procedures and best practices.
- Promote awareness of the importance of accurate and up-to-date documentation.
Requirements:
1.Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Quality Management, Engineering, Business Management or related discipline).
- Proven experience as a Document Controller, preferably in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with quality management systems and standards (ISO, SEMI).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Proficient in document management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced manufacturing environment.
3.Preferred:
- Certification in document control or quality management.
- Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes.
