Our esteemed client, a recently established travel agency, is actively seeking a dynamic and highly motivated individual to join their team as a Travel Sales Agent
Customer Engagement:
- Engage with customers via various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
- Provide detailed information on travel destinations, itineraries, and related services.
Booking and Reservation Management:
- Handle travel reservations efficiently, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Liaise with airlines, hotels, and other service providers to secure bookings.
Issue Resolution and Customer Satisfaction:
- Address customer concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve swift issue resolution and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Sales and Service Enhancement:
- Identify opportunities to promote additional services or upgrades to enhance the overall travel experience.
- Strive to meet or exceed sales targets for ancillary services.
Documentation and Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Ensure all necessary documentation is complete for each reservation.
Adherence to Policies and Regulations:
- Stay informed about industry regulations, company policies, and best practices.
- Ensure strict compliance with all relevant travel regulations and guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Preferably a diploma or equivalent in travel and tourism .
- No Experience is required, Diploma and Degree holder are welcome
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with acute attention to detail.
Working Day: Mon - Sun (Any 5.5 Days including Weekend)
Salary: Basic $2200 + Commission
