Responsibilities:
Human Resource
- Own and drive the direction of HR projects
- coordinate with HR vendor on monthly payroll & CPF, and yearly income tax submission, etc
- Yearly performance appraisal management
- Manage HR audits
- Responsible for HR data in annual reports, sustainability reports, govement survery etc
- Responsible for all employee relations issues
- Review & update Employee Handbook, HR policy & procedures, etc
- Maintain employment contracts (P-files)
- Timely renewal of insurances and contracts
- Issues letters on behalf of management
- Ensure legal compliances with regulatory bodies and government agencies
- Assist in Corporate Social Responsibility work, and ensure a safe work environment
- Organise employee engagement and development initiatives and programmes
- Undertake any ad-hoc projects assigned by the management team from time to time
Admin
- Manage office equipment, stationery, printing, courier, etc
Requirement:
- Degree/Diploma in Human Resource
- Min 3 to 5 years of full spectrum of HR experience
- Familiar with MOM regulations and HR best practices
- Strong problem solving and analytical capabilities, with the ability to think logically and strategically
- Excellent interpersonal communication
