We are a fast growing industrial REIT listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange and have a well-established presence in Singapore.
We are looking for a Communications Assistant to join the REIT Manager. You will be at the forefront of communications for the REIT and will gain exposure to various areas within the real estate and financial service industries.
Responsibilities:
Develop, write and contribute content for media, corporate activities, corporate publications, financial presentations and tenant communications
Provide and update content on online platforms
Plan, execute and provide logistic support for events and activities relating to corporate and community relations activities
Perform other responsibilities and duties as assigned from time to time
Assist with other administrative assignments such as liaison with teams on administrative, publicity, IT or other matters
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma preferably in mass communications, public relations, journalism or business
At least a 2-year experience in corporate communications
Must be meticulous and have good organisation and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with online web tools for designing will be a plus
