We are looking for a responsible Lorry Driver to oversee work and projects. The goal is to ensure that operations are carried out productively to ensure profitability and sustainable growth.
Responsibilities
Set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with the company’s plans and vision and communicate them to subordinates.
Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks
Able to do sorting and identify items from varies country
Able to use scanner and scan receiving items
Able to multi task at warehouse assignments.
Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching
Receive complaints and resolve problems for customers
Maintain timekeeping and personnel records
Pass on information from upper management to employees and vice versa
Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises
Requirements and skills
Have a Singapore Class 4 Driving License
Proven experience as supervisor cum driver or relevant role
Familiarity with company policies and legal guidelines of the field
Ability to learn a variety of job descriptions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
Working Hours = Monday to Saturday, 7.00 am to 6.30 pm, as and when required to work on Sundays. Timing may defer according to roaster.
