- You will assist the Manager, Visitor Experience Services and Director of Hospitality, Environmental Services in achieving the department and Hospital’s strategic goals and objectives.
- You will lead a team of Service Ambassadors in delivering excellent customer service standards, engaging visitors and providing them with an exceptional visitor experience.
- You will oversee the daily operational activities which include ward visitor registration, way finding services and VIP guest receiving.
- You will also manage the team in the areas of training, scheduling and service evaluating to ensure efficient operations and optimum service level delivery.
- You will also work in close collaboration with hospital’s stakeholders to drive department’s and divisional level initiatives and projects, lead and implement improvement projects in line with Hospital’s overall strategic direction.
- You should be an independent and self-driven individual with a passion for healthcare, and is keen to take up evolving opportunities provided to develop your career in healthcare management.
Requirements:
- Degree in any discipline with at least 1-3 years of Hospitality / Customer Service / Healthcare experience (Candidates with more years of relevant experience will be considered for Senior Executive position)
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Passionate about customer service
- Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to exercise initiative, manage pressure and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- This position requires to work on shifts, weekends and Public Holidays.
- Those with exposure to healthcare and practical knowledge / ownership of hospital operations, clinical operations units and project management have an added advantage.
