Responsibility
- Support in recruitment and onboarding process including posting job advertisment, screening of applicants, interview process, and work pass application and administration
- Designing, updating and implementation of new/existing HR policies aligning with Employment Act
- Assist in management of employee life cycle, including employee confirmation, salary, insurance, leaves, renewal of contracts, and cessation of employment
- Assist in registration and monitoring of courses for employees
- Handle all employee grievances & complaints
- Liaise with agent closely to handle insurance claims
- Assist in the administration of performance reviews
- Ensure proper & confidential documentation of HR documents
- Collaborate with government bodies on employee related issues (E.g. MOM surveys)
- Perform ad-hoc duties related to the HR function
Requirements
- Able to communicate effectively with English & Chinese speaking Colleagues preferrably
- Honest and Friendly
- Able to work under pressure and tight deadline
- Hardworking and reliable, adaptable and flexible
- Diploma in HR or Business Management or equivalent
- Atleast 1-2 years experience or equivalent
- IT Savvy, Proficeint in Microsoft Excel and Word
Working Schedule
- Monday to Friday - 9 am to 6 pm
- Saturday - 9 am to 1 pm
