- Maintaining a good relationship with supermarket outlets and expanding the sales with them
- Manage a team of promoters and schedule/placement of promoters at selected outlets
- Work closely with operational staff, outlets, merchandisers, promoters and delivery team to ensure sufficient stock in supermarket outlets, avoiding out of stock situation and ensuring FIFO arrangement on shelves
- Lead, motivate and guide promoters
- Compilation of data and developing planograms for execution by respective channel
- Forecast and ensuring adequate stocks on promotional items
- Analysing, anticipating sales performance and meeting sales target
- Continuously learning about the company products and on how to effectively position them to outlets and prospects
- Listening to any comments from the outlets and promoters make sure to respond quickly and efficiently
- Learning about the market, the different products and the competitors in order to develop new business opportunities
